Ukraine Mission Outreach Center, Blagovest, in association with independent
congregations of the Churches of Christ, was registered as a legal entity in the
country of the Ukraine on May 29, 2000.

- The basic purpose of the center, Blagovest, is to be an
instrument
or tool for the congregations of the Church of Christ who wish
to use it.
- It exists for the purpose of helping create conditions necessary
for spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ.
- Blagovest is the Russian word for "good news."
- The full name of the outreach center is "The Spiritual
Center of Cooperation of religions congregations of the Church of
Christ in Ukraine, Blagovest".

| There are two major parts of the Blagovest operation that
operate under the Blagovest registration: Blagovest and Libre Press.
Each work is independent of the other but coordinated as a combined
effort toward the goal of helping take the gospel of Christ to
unbelievers.

distribution throughout the Ukraine

Under the requirements of Ukrainian law, all religious
organizations must be registered and are required to operate under specific
statutes.
