Studies have shown that the outward appearance of a church building often is what will determine if a visitor will actually go inside or not. Keeping maintenance up on the inside and outside of a church building is a daunting task.

It is the goal of this ministry to have an appealing, structurally sound, safe facility for the Lord's church to worship and engage the community. The facility is to be maintained, repaired and upgraded with projects completed in a timely manner. The minstry is responsible for completeing new construction to meet the church's future needs. Members are encouraged to take part (as some already are) in some building projects.
