  Our Ministry Fair is Sunday evening, January 11th.  

  During the afternoon, all the deacons and ministry leaders will have the opportunity to arrange their display table for their ministry.  Each table might include the ministry goals and objectives as well as pictures of recent ministry events and/or items of interest as well as sign-up sheets for those interested in participating (or getting more information about) your ministry.  These tables will be already set up in the foyer as well as in the Fellowship Hall. Tables will be labeled with Ministry names to avoid confusion. If you have requested sign-up sheets from the office they will be on your designated table.

  At 5:00 pm we will have an abbreviated time in the auditorium filled with songs and prayer.  This time will also include a brief look at our budget for the new year (presented by our finance deacon Jim Coghill) and a brief look at our ministries (presented by our shepherd Bruce Binkley).  After the invitation, we will dismiss from the auditorium to be able to mingle in and around the Ministry tables as well as enjoy light refreshments in the Fellowship Hall.
